Summary of Units:
University Admission Requirements
- Prior completion of 60 semester/90 quarter transferable units
- Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
- C- or better grades required in Golden Four (GE Area A1, A2,A3, & B4) courses
- Good standing at the last institution attended
CSUCI Business Online Completion Program Admission Requirements
- Grade of “C-” or higher in business major prerequisites
- Completion of ALL business major prerequisites prior to admission:
- Calculus
- Statistics
- Business Law
- Macroeconomics
- Microeconomics
- Financial Accounting
- Managerial Accounting
- Introduction to Business/Business Communication
To meet General Education and Graduation Requirements, students must complete GE Areas A-F, the CSU American Institutions requirement and the CSUCI’s Language Requirement, which are not offered as part of this degree completion program.

Lower Division Major Requirements - 24-25 units
Students must obtain a grade of C- or better in each of these courses to apply them to the Business Major. Upper Division Major Requirements - 31 units
Students must obtain a grade of C- or better in each of these courses to apply them to the Business Major. Foundational Courses - 9 units
Students must successfully complete all three of these courses before taking any additional upper division courses in the major. Additional Required Courses - 22 units
