Cohort-based, faculty-led service learning focused on field engagement with community, nonprofit, agency, or research partners. Students prepare through pre-departure seminars, complete an intensive field experience (e.g., multi-day fieldwork or travel), and synthesize outcomes through post-trip analysis and reflection. Emphasizes ethical practice, teamwork, and application of ESRM concepts to real-world environmental or sustainability challenges. Requires structured contact hours that combine class meetings, supervised field activities, and reflective assignments. Repeat 2 times up to 6 units
