PSY 432 - Seminar in Leadership Units: 3 Three hours seminar per week Prerequisite(s): Junior Standing and successful completion of Golden Four GE Areas (A1, A2, A3, B4) and Consent of Instructor An opportunity to both study and experience communicative, managerial, psychological, and sociological perspectives related to leadership. This includes in-depth study of aggression and dominance, group structure and behavior, decision-making, and the role of personality in leadership.
