COMM 442 - Organizational Communication

Units: 3
Three hours lecture per week
Prerequisite: COMM 101   and COMM 210   or COMM 220  
Description: Introduces students to theory, research, and applied practice fundamental to successful organizational communication. Students will explore the role communication plays in structuring, maintaining, and changing organizational contexts, as well as its effects on leadership, socialization, teamwork, and diversity issues.
