Roadmap Freshman - 4 year: Chicana/o Studies, B.A.

To be in compliance with new GE pattern.
We propose 3 additional units of Upper Division Electives under new section titled “Ethnic Studies” to provide students with an opportunity to enroll in a Black Studies, Asian Amerian Studies and Native American and Indigenous Studies course.

Take a 5B with 5C (lab) if missing lab requirement - Student’s Choice of Major Language Requirement. Units: 3
Any Spanish or Mixtec Language course or any Upper Division Spanish course. MIXT 101, SPAN 101, 102, 201, 202 211, and 212 can triple count for major, GE: 3B and Language Graduation Requirement (note: units may be 3-4 depending on course chosen).
