The Performing Arts minor provides non-majors the opportunity to explore an integrated experience in dance, music, and theater both in theory and in practice. Students can choose from coursework in dance, music, and theater, and participate in a Performing Arts production.

Lower Division Requirements - 9 units

PA 101 - Introduction to the Performing Arts Units: 3
Complete six units from the following:
Any DANCE, PA, PAMU, or PATH lower division courses (numbered 100-299) not already completed in fulfillment of other minor requirements.

Upper Division Requirements - 12 units

Complete one from the following: (consult major advisor)
PA 303 - Advanced Collaboration Workshop Units: 3
PA 360 - Musical Theatre Units: 3
Complete nine units from the following:
Any DANCE, PA, PAMU, or PATH upper division courses (numbered 300-498) not already completed in fulfillment of other minor requirements.
