PSY 461 - Special Topics in Development Units: 3 Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite(s): PSY 213 or Consent of Instructor Corequisite(s): PSY 445 Each semester, this course will provide a detailed examination of one major area of lifespan developmental psychology - the science of individual human development. The course emphasizes an understanding of the important methods, terms, theories, and findings in the field and is organized in a topical format, with in-depth examination of the predominant theories and major research findings in the field by topic area. As the topic changes, so will the specific learning outcomes. Repeat 3 times up to 9 units Graded: Letter Grade
