Prerequisite(s): All upper division major requirements completed, except for SOC 450, SOC 496, and major electives (SOC 325 and/or SOC 327 may be taken concurrently)
Recommended: It is recommended that SOC 315 be taken prior, but it may be taken concurrently.
Part I in the Capstone course sequence where students plan, carry out, and disseminate a research project based on a specific area in the discipline of sociology, and that has translational significance outside of academia.
