FIN 321 - Public Budgeting (Cross-listed as POLS 321) Units: 3 Three hours lecture per week Examines the major concepts of public budgeting and finance in the United States. Key topics of study include: expenditure estimation, revenue forecasting, capital budgeting, budget reform and financial management.
