Purpose: The proposed policy will establish guidelines limiting the repetition of courses by graduate/postbaccalaureate students.
Background: There is currently no specific policy concerning the repetition of courses by graduate/postbaccalaureate students.
Applicability: This policy applies to all graduate and postbaccalaureate students.
Policy: A graduate/postbaccalaureate student may. take a course a total of 3 times with no grade forgiveness. All grades will be calculated into the GPA. Unit credit for the courses will be granted only once unless courses are repeatable as specified in the catalogue. Courses may only be repeated when the grade is “WU,” “F,” “D,” “D+,” “C-,” “C”, C+”, “IC.”
