MATH 108 - Mathematical Thinking Units: 3 Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: A passing score on the Entry Level Mathematics examination or MATH 95 . Presents the diversity of mathematics and the spirit in which it is employed in various situations, including different problem-solving strategies, inductive-deductive reasoning, paradoxes, puzzles and mathematical modeling.
