HIST 338 - Theatre in History (Cross-listed as PATH 338) Units: 3 Three hours lecture per week Prerequisite: Junior Standing or Consent of Instructor A survey of the history of theatrical productions. Includes formal productions and performances as well as other types of theatre or dramatization, such as political posturing, i.e., a ruler’s rise to power in historical reality as well as performed or recorded later in theatre, music, and history.
