ART 317 - Computer Game Design Tools and Technologies (Cross-listed as COMP 317)

Six hours activity per week
Prerequisite(s): ART 205  and COMP 105  or COMP 150 , or Consent of Instructor
Explores tools and technologies used in the professional gaming industry. Students will learn about the game production pipeline, including how to integrate design, sound, and art assets into a completed 2D or 3D game prototype. Topics covered will also include game industry roles, game programming, and game system design.
